Do you work to a Non-disclosure Agreement?

Every project we work on we ensure we maintain your confidentiality. That means we won't disclose any information about what we work on, so you are safe with us.

What ISPs do you test in?

We test in all major ISP's including Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL and Gmail. Also we test to email clients such as Outlook 2003+

Can I use background images?

Yes, but it comes with a warning. Background images are not supported in Outlook or Hotmail. We advise not to use them and instead use a single block colour. This ensures everyone gets the same viewing experience.

Why is my email all table based?

The ensure your email template is supported by the largest percentage of email clients, we code the layout in a table based format.

What are the terms of use?

The time schedule comes into place once all order details have been completed and agreed.

How do you accept payment?

We make sure the payment process is as easy as possible, therefore we use PayPal. We use PayPal because it is one of the most secure payment platforms in the world (using strong SSL V3.0), fast and your financial details are never shared!

Do you require payment upfront?

Yes, before we start we require that buyers pay upfront.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes we do, but before you order please contact us. We also offer discounts for large orders.

What types of files do you accept?

We are very flexible. We accepts the following formats; PSD, PDF, JPEG and PNG.

What is your schedule?

We work Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm GMT.

What browsers do you test in?

We test in Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

I have non-web fonts in my design

That's great, but they will have to remain as images if you want everyone to see them! If you are using non-web fonts in your design, just contact us, we can help.

Do you offer design work?

Currently we don't. However we do have some templates which you maybe interested in. Email design work is coming soon.
